Thank you very much for taking care of us. Our 2016 Kia Sorento has served us well. We even got our car back sooner than what was stated. Thank you again for continued great service. Having our car function properly is indeed a must. My husband is a two time cancer survivor, and is currently in remission for multiple myeloma. I came to the Kia Chamblee service department because I had a nail in my tire and needed it handled urgently. When I arrived, I was first in line, but a caucasian older woman who was a service advisor immediately came to my car and told me they weren’t accepting walk ins. She said I’d be sitting until 5pm because they had over 50 appointments for today. I asked if they could at least patch the tire so I could safely drive and come back for my already scheduled appointment on the 23rd, but she dismissed me and told me to go down the street. The interaction felt very unhelpful and inconsiderate, especially since I had my kids with me. Instead of leaving, I decided to speak with a manager. As I got out of my car, I ran into my previous service advisor, Jeremiah. I explained the situation, and he immediately reassured me and took care of everything without hesitation. Thanks to him, my tire was handled quickly and professionally, even got my oil change. Jeremiah was amazing as always professional, attentive, and truly customer-focused. While my initial experience was frustrating, he completely turned it around. Because of him, I’ll continue to return, but I do hope the team works on being more accommodating and respectful to customers in urgent situations.

I have never purchased a car from Ed Voyles, but I have been here over a dozen times to take care of recall fixes, maintenance, and regular service for two vehicles. The service department here is in my experience best service you can get in Atlanta if you own a Kia. Their technicians are trained to a higher level than any specialty or franchise mechanic shop I've been to. Also, their Service Consultants Judy and Doreen are the best. They are extremely professional and empathetic when it comes to describing necessary repairs. They know how to talk to you in plain English and explain what is happening with your vehicle every step of the way. Perhaps one day I'll buy a vehicle here, but until then I'll keep coming back for the Service Center.
