I brought my vehicle to Eddie Gilstrap for a routine oil change and was informed that I needed new tires and brakes. The service technician told me they would contact me with pricing and a time to schedule the work. After waiting a week without hearing anything, I sent messages to both the service department and the manager, but never received a response. As a loyal customer since 2018, I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. Since I could not get a response, I went to another dealership for a second opinion. They confirmed that I needed new tires, but advised that my brakes were still in good condition. The new management apparently does not prioritize customer service the way it once did. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I found that Eddie Gilstrap Motors especially Brian Dohoney, one of the most caring and easiest places I've ever dealt with when it comes to buying a vehicle, I will be going back.
