I recently had some service done at Eddie Pruiett Ford in hartselle, Al and I would highly recommend them for their attentiveness, quick service, good work & very courteous. Also the cost of what I had done was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend you all checking them out next time you need some service or repairs. Wish I had the names of the 2 guys I dealt with to give them kudos on how well they handled theirselves with me being a new customer. Definitely will be back for all my needs. Thank you

I had to purchase a car unexpectedly. I looked at the website and inquired about financing a vechile through them. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Katie a sales associate. She not only answered all my questions I had but she was so kind and friendly. Me and my boyfriend drove down to look at the used cars they had about in my price range. When I got there we were greeted right away and I met Katie. She had already talked to her coworker to see what vechiles they had that may be in my price range by the time I got there. Katie and the team at Eddie puritt not only were the kindest people I've met but they helped me get into my new car the same day. Thank you to Katie and the team for everything they did for me! I absolutely love my new car!

We walked into Eddie Preuitt Ford to specifically look at this truck we had searched for online. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like family. We had an absolutely perfect, seamless transaction. We have never had such a relaxed, smooth, honest, efficient experience at a dealership like we had today. Kudos to our salesman Ben & the entire team at Eddie Preuitt Ford! Side note, if you show up on Saturday (especially during football season) they’ll feed you!

I went on a mission to find a 2025 expedition platinum in the wild green color. Found this dealer on the google. They had what I was looking for with the exception of a vault and cross bars on the roof. Worked a deal with Ben. All with emails and couple phone call. The day I arrived Ben was off. As I walked into the showroom it looked like a party was going on, load and distracting. I get it, small family business. A tall man handed me the key and suggested I take her for a ride. No directions or anything at all. I took it out and about in the rain. It’s brand new, what could be wrong? Got back to the dealership, a man walked up to the manager, the man from my first encounter, asking if it was full of gas. I told him it was not. That man drove it away for gas and they drove it into the shop. That man was the owner of the dealership and he was very nice. His son was the manager. My first impression that he was very complacent and undeserving. Next a young lady sat in the expedition with me and said, I quote “ we’re going to learn this together. “ She had just enough experience to get the basics set up. I live in Pennsylvania and the trip home was awesome. Blue cruise is very much appreciated. I cannot comment on service but the prep guy was very nice and explained a few things for me. The financial guy Bill was very nice and did a great job. PS; you have a hard time finding wild green in the northeast.

Today I got a great deal on a used F150. The sales staff were very friendly. Low pressure. Communicated well, made it super simple, stayed late, got me a better interest rate then my bank. Test drove, agreed on a price, finished with financing and title paperwork in roughly two hours, which I thought was very fast. Thank you.
