Had my vehicle serviced for the first time yesterday. Blythe was amazing. She explained everything perfectly. She kept me updated on the status of my car. She texted me asking if I wanted it washed when they were done. And she did it all with a smile and a charming personality. I've never had such a positive experience having my vehicle serviced. This is my first Genesis. I'll be back!

This dealership deserves the 5 stars I'm giving. Everyone throughout the dealership were very pleasant and very helpful. Preston Alexander is the absolute best sales consultant I have ever had anywhere. He takes his time and listens to get you to the vehicle you want to purchase. He doesn't rush you. Once you have purchased the vehicle he makes sure it is clean by doing a walk around of the vehicle, touching up where needed. Even under the hood. Preston also gets in the car and go over all the features in the dash with you. I mean everything you need to know. He answers all your questions and he ask questions. He is very very knowledgeable on all the Hyundai and Genesis vehicles. Preston is not one of these sales consultants who give you your keys, shake your hand and say thank you then send you on your way. Then you leave unfamiliar with the features. So you go home and watch YouTube videos. Not with Preston, he is the REAL DEAL!. So if u want buy a car and feel like the dealership appreciates your business, go to Eddie Tourelle and ask for Preston. I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid, I absolutely love It!.

Absolutely loved working with Wes, Jarret, and Tony! They made the entire process super easy and I even didn’t have to step into the dealership! We did the whole deal via phone/email and that is beyond my expectation as time is so valuable nowadays. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and even gave me a better rate than I expected! All I had to do is pull up and swap cars. Highly recommend this dealer!

My experience was just great. I was buying my first car since my husband passed away. My salesman Marty knew just what I needed, and made the entire process so easy. I basically had to do nothing , he took care of everything. I really appreciated that.

Preston the salesman was knowledgeable about the car and friendly, and that’s where the positives end. The sales process was tough but tolerable. The finance office is another story. The deal took most of the day. Papers with different numbers kept getting passed around, and by the end the amount financed was over $500 higher than what I had originally agreed to and signed for. The first contract I signed also had a 6.99% interest rate. The dealership later sent a corrected contract at 4.99%, claiming an address typo caused the higher rate. 4.99% is the Genesis national promotional rate for this car, meaning the original contract had me paying thousands more in interest than the advertised offer. The fees deserve scrutiny too. A $199 filing fee paid directly to the dealer was stacked on top of a $436 documentation fee already at the state maximum. I also was not given a copy of my paperwork before leaving. Between the delayed temp tag and getting the car ready, I didn’t catch it until I was gone. The car is excellent and the corrected rate of 4.99 is fair, which is why this is two stars and not one. But the deal felt purposely overcomplicated, and every error ran in the dealership’s favor. Verify every number before you sign, and do not leave without your contract.
