I recently had needed to go and buy a new vehicle. I had bought through Garrett's before many years ago and had gotten wonderful service through them, so I decided to see what I could get. Im disabled, and it can be difficult for me to get in and out of vehicles. I called and spoke with a lovely guy. His name was Dillon. I get nervous going out in public because of my disability and so I called ahead to inquire about what they might have that would be good for me. Dillon was incredibly helpful. He made me feel safe, and heard, and was an absolute delight to work with. He already had a couple vehicles in mind when I got there. It didn't take long for me to decide, and even worked on the price with me. He went above and beyond with my expectations. If I ever do need to purchase something again I will absolutely be going through Garrett's. Wonderful family owned business! Give them a shot. It's worth it.

I stopped at Garrett’s on a Saturday and Dillon helped me in purchasing a vehicle that same day. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars, gave me a great trade-in price, and assisted me through the financing process. He was helpful and patient as a looked at several vehicles. This is the second car that I’ve bought from Garrett’s.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Garrett's Auto Sales, they got me into a nice car for a wonderful price. The salesman Dylan did an amazing job walking us through the process and has great customer service skills!

They're really nice and were able to finance me. Not too thrilled they spraypainted over rust under the car. Makes it harder to actually treat the rust with rust reformer or something similar. Fortunately its not severe. Whats bothering me more is the relentless calling and emailing from the financing company because the dealer failed to obtain a copy of my driver's license. Then when I provided it to the dealer, they (per the finance company) stopped responding to their request for the pictures I provided. Again, theyre very nice, and they worked with me to get me into a vehicle. I am appreciative of that. But it'd have been much better if they finished the paperwork and gave the finance company everything they were supposed to have vs me getting 6 calls and 3 emails in 48 hours.

Dylan is awesome to deal with. He worked extremely hard to find me a great car to get me into that would suit my needs, and a great deal as well. With me working insane hours he was willing to hold the vehicle I wanted and than life happened and I thought I was unable to get anything at all. At the end of the process I drive off with a wonderful reliable vehicle that isn't going to break my bank and I could not be happier with this experience.
