I had been at Eddy's taking someone over to get a vehicle and happen to see this beauty come up to the front, I assume for a test drive. I actually took a picture of it in the lot while I was sitting in my car. Looked it up online and sent the info to my husband who's truck had bit the dust and he was so excited and wanted to know more. Unfortunately I saw what I thought was a purchase of the truck and told my husband that I just saw it drive away it sold! 😢 Well fast forward a week. Yes, the person I took over to get a vehicle, did indeed get a nice Ford Edge but my husband and I were really bummed about the truck! I was looking online with Eddy's online to see what else they had. Well ....the info on that truck and her pretty picture popped up! I told my husband that it was still online so it must not have sold! We called and got our financing done first thing the next morning called Eddy's and went over and drove the truck and made our purchase! Love it! It was a no brainer for the price. Everyone was very nice and honestly doing the financing before we went over saved us a lot of time! 2 hours we were driving away with our new to us dodge ram laramie diesel truck! Thank you! We will be back someday!

Nacho is the best! Helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. Made sure everything was taken care of. Great communication. I've been trying for months to get a new vehicle and on the first visit to the dealership and test drive he made sure everything was in order and made the deal happen. Eddy’s salesman Roberto was great. There wasn’t any pressure from him at all, he was polite, respectful, helpful, and patient. The entire staff throughout the buying process was great to work with. Took our jeep in for the 60,000 mile maintenance and it was in the shop for 2 hours and they charged us $877.37 LABOR. Shop rate is $180/hour. The 60,000 mile cost us over $1,700 and most was labor for only 2 hours of work. We were charged $438/hour for labor. What's the TOTAL FEES AMOUNT OF $514.76 about? ROBBERY!

Cory Hageman provided such a seamless experience for me. From buying the vehcile to getting some quick work done in the shop, he made it easy and communicated daily updates to me when it was getting tuned up answering all my questions.
