Eddy's Lincoln

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I have ever had! From start to finish, the team at Eddy's Lincoln made us feel incredibly special. Sean took amazing care of us throughout the process, and Christy was absolutely phenomenal. She takes her job so seriously and went over every single inch of the car to ensure we completely understood how everything worked. They even had a beautiful red bow on the vehicle and a "Congratulations to Bob and Karen" sign waiting for us. It was a truly awesome, amazing experience. Thank you, Christy and Sean!

I was so pleasantly surprised with how fast they got me on the schedule. From the time I called with my issue to the time the technician showed up was a little over 40 minutes. My vehicle was back to running in an about an hour if not less. The technician was polite and thorough. He did a fantastic job. Was it more expensive than just replacing the filter and battery ourselves? well yes but was the convenience worth the cost? Absolutely! It is so nice knowing if my Lincoln has an issue I can call Eddys Lincoln of Wichita and it will be fixed before I need it again and I don't even have to leave the comfort of my own home. Had an excellent experience with Eddy's Lincoln! I received a call about a recall on my Lincoln MKS and they scheduled the service with me. As life goes, I had to reschedule with them twice before actually getting it in. They were extremely accommodating! I appreciate that! Once I took the vehicle in, every person I came into contact with was very friendly! I expected the recall work to take all day, they had me in and out in no time!
