had a great experience with the service department at this VW dealership. I truly appreciate how efficient they were. I was in and out in about an hour, which made a huge difference in my day. The team was professional, organized, and respectful of my time. They also washed my car before returning it, which was such a nice touch and definitely appreciated. I had a great experience working with the team at Eddy’s. At first I felt like I could get a better deal at another dealership but after searching around Eddy’s had the best deal. On reaching back out to them they kept the deal we had discussed days earlier. They were fast and polite. Would strongly recommend going there if you’re searching for a vehicle. The whole team works well across all departments. Our Sales guy came over and said hi just because he saw our vehicle was in for routine schedules oil service. We had a very good experience buying our new VW Atlas at Eddy’s. It started with Kam who gave us a very detailed overview of the model and trim options. Then the experience inside with the sales manager and finance manager was just as good. They offered an excellent deal without a lot of back-n-forth and, after a few minutes, we were on the road in our new car. It was also probably the fastest finance experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. We highly recommend Eddy’s VW.

Not being one to buy a car very often, the one I traded in was 32 yrs old with low mileage. That being said I found the staff at Eddy's Volkswagen very helpful. They Listened to what I felt was important to me. Showed me several options and test drive. Walked me thru the process and the paper work.
