I had a really great experience at Eden Prairie Nissan. I originally came in just for a routine oil change, but I was genuinely impressed with how the whole visit went. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. While I waited, I took some time to walk around the dealership and check out their inventory. They had a solid selection of new and pre-owned vehicles—everything looked well-maintained and clean. You can tell they take pride in how they present their cars. The customer lounge was another highlight. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They had complimentary water and a few snacks available, which I really appreciated. It made the wait much more pleasant. Plus, the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, a great place to just chill while your vehicle gets serviced. Overall, the team at Eden Prairie Nissan made what could’ve been a basic maintenance visit into a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, whether it’s for service or when I’m ready for a new vehicle. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent car-buying experience with John Wieser at Eden Prairie Nissan. After visiting several dealerships over a couple of weeks, I really appreciated how different this experience felt. John was patient, genuine, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions and truly seemed to care about helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. I also appreciated that he gave me space to make my decision, without the constant follow-up calls and texts I experienced elsewhere. I live in central Wisconsin (nearly 4 hrs. away) and had been looking for a used Kia EV6 for a while. When I saw that Eden Prairie Nissan had one "arriving soon" I texted and called ASAP for more info. Everyone from the sales staff (John W.) to the those in business and finance (Chris B. and Lisa W.) were quick to answer questions and find out additional details, negotiated fairly and honestly, and helped us find the best possible financing; they communicated professionally over the phone and through text to make a deal possible quickly. Everything was prepared when we arrived for pickup; the car was perfect (and fully charged!), paperwork moved quickly, and we were happily driving away in our new vehicle in less than 45 minutes. A fantastic experience overall, and a dealership I'd clearly recommend!
