I just bought my first EV from Edmond Hyundai! This is my first Hyundai I have ever purchased. This was a really great and enjoyable vehicle purchase. We worked with Tony White as our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all and just gave us the information we needed and it felt very relaxed through the entire process. We negotiated our deal with Brian Burton and he was also extremely easy to work with. They didn’t have the ioniq 9 trim level and color that I was hoping for so Brian went out and found what I wanted and he got it to his dealership the very next day for pick up! He was reasonable and I really felt confident in the deal that we made. Finally we worked with Dallas Morgan in finance! He was also extremely easy to work with, he was upfront about everything. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me the extras, he explained the benefit and explained in his opinion which ones made the most sense for me and my new vehicle! He was willing to work with me to get as much extra protection for my vehicle as we could and stay within the payment that I was comfortable with! Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this place to everyone. It was quick, convenient, and I feel I got exactly what I wanted and didn’t walk away feeling like I had been somewhat cheated like at a lot of dealerships!

The best customer service I’ve had at a dealership! Noah, the salesman, was the best! The whole staff has been great with my visit. No pressure to purchase, just thorough answers to all my questions. The team here was polite in person, but the sales tactics were exactly what many of us try to avoid: • aggressive follow-up calls, • last-minute pressure, • inconsistent numbers, • and a lot of “come in person to talk” even when my questions were very clear. I’m confident saying this because I used multiple online tools and resources (including AI) to keep myself grounded and informed, and the numbers I was given here did not match the transparent pricing I was getting elsewhere. If you’re a queer buyer, a first-time buyer, or someone who just prefers clarity and honesty — protect your peace. Know your worth, know your numbers, and do your research before stepping into any dealership. There are wonderful online resources like Carvana, Vroom, and even ChatGPT to help you track fair pricing and avoid being pressured on the spot. This dealership may work for some people, but for those of us who value transparency, fairness, and a no-pressure buying process — I’d strongly recommend exploring online options or dealers with fully transparent OTD pricing. TJ (Tim) is an excellent salesperson. He asks the right questions and listens to your answers so he can find the right car to suit your needs without breaking the bank. We had a good time looking at cars and my husband & I joked and laughed with him a lot because of his good-natured personality. Between TJ and manager George we felt we walked away with a great deal in a VERY SHORT time and both of them were able to answer all our questions. George gave us a good deal on our trade-in, and we were very pleased with the service we received. Steven Lamm was the finance wiz who didn't press on upselling us anything but was able to show us warranty options and explain each of them to us. Typically, this is where we feel pressure when purchasing a car, not in this case at all. We even bought windshield, tire and the leather interior warranties. (That's a first for us). I think it was because we were relaxed and didn't feel the pressure from Steven. Overall, I would rate the staff we dealt with a 10+. I will strongly recommend Edmond Hyundai along with Tim, George & Steven to my friends. Excellent service. By the way we've had the car a couple of days so this write-up isn't being written the same day as the purchase when the buyer always has this enthusiastic "high" when buying a car. The Tuscan Luxury model is a great car and we love it!

I had a wonderful experience here with Coach (David.) I was in the very beginning of my search for a new work car and they offered me a great deal, but ultimately I wanted to drive a few other cars before making my decision. I went to multiple other dealerships and was never treated as kindly as I was at this dealership, which ultimately made me come back to purchase the vehicle. I waited about a week before returning and during that time, I wasn’t overly bombarded with calls or emails. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to come in and ask for Coach! You won’t be disappointed!
