Service department well the office people who run the service department gave me the run around the entire time has had my truck 4 almost a month now n trying to make me pay 4 it outta pocket what few times I've got to drive it sense I drove it home off the lot check engine light came on. 3 month warranty disappeared hundred n something to replace they said seals over the phone now they said sensors n at 1st it was the Cadillac converter out of the 2 the truck has one was shot completely not working been almost a month if not 1 by now. That shouldn't be no 6hundred n something dollars free no matter what it coasted considering it was obviously that way before I left the car lot the start with them knowing that first hand anyways not fair n not very Christian thing to do n my eyes. Breaks my heart n hurts my spirit. I braged on Edward's 4 years bc Edward's always done me right. I dont know whats happened since he's gotten sick bless his heart. Pray 4 him we love you Edward's brothers n miss yall running the place 4 sure.

We had seen a vehicle we were interested in on the internet.. We went to the dealership, with cash in hand. Upon arrival we looked at the vehicle and determined that we'd like to drive it. We go into the showroom and a young guy asked if he could help us...then he said oh I have customers here, she'll get you. This young lady came and spoke to us, we told her that we would like to drive the vehicle. She goes and pulls it up near the door for us. She then proceeded to tell us the price which is NOT the price the internet was showing. She said it was because of a 3rd party...if you look on their website under 'meet our staff' you will see where it says they have an internet sales manager. I just would be careful when dealing with them...they definitely don't obviously care about honesty and integrity. I feel that they should have tried to make it right but didn't even begin to offer. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to keep a cash customer.
