Our car broke down toward the end of a long trip from Cleveland to Michigan's Upper Peninsula over the Memorial Day weekend. They were not open over the holiday, but they took the car in right away on Tuesday morning and had it fixed within an hour for a reasonable price. Very pleased with their service

So so so so exceptionally happy with my interactions at Edwards. My family has bought a couple trucks from them and it’s been nothing but great. I never have personally but I did pick up this Denali ultimate in Bloomington. The dealership there kinda blew me off after buying it when I tired to claim a bondage issue with my Vader chrome bumper/grille piece so I went to Edwards to see if they could help and they took 100% care of me. Team was excellent to work with and they even snagged my truck from work and had it back before my lunch break (I’m a building behind them) I am so incredibly thrilled with my services and if they ever have a vehicle I have my eye on, I know without a doubt that they would be a great dealership to work with. 100/10 recommend. Sandie and Darren specifically are absolutely so awesome and deserve the best. THANK YOU!

After an unfortunate accident last Friday night involving a large deer that caused extensive damage to our vehicle, we are thankful to all involved who helped. The Good Samaritans who stopped to check if we were injured, the Fire Department, the Sheriff’s Department, and Wade for his exceptional service! He loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed truck and had us safely off the highway in a short time. Wade immediately put us at ease making the best of a bad situation. Not only did he drive us home, he also dropped our vehicle off at a local repair shop. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping others!

I live in northern Minnesota and was actively searching for a GMC Acadia AT4. Turns out these are difficult to find. I located one nearly 6 hours away at Edwards Automotive in Iron Mountain. I inquired by email and got an immediate response. I was able to text with Brenden, the sales associate, and go through all the prework. The next day I loaded up my 10-year-old and our puppy at 4 a.m. and made the trek. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and even brought the pup inside while we worked out the details. The sales team at Edwards is second to none! Brenden was amazing, was patient and answered every question. Josh was the consummate professional and explained everything thoroughly. We were in and out in less than two hours with the car of our dreams. If this is how they treat an out-off-stater then imagine how they must treat their local customer. I felt like part of the family and wish I lived closer just to get my oil changed there. Kudos to the team. Keep up the great work and maybe I will see you when it is time for a trade in.
