Worst experience ever with this dealership We drove 2.5 hours drive the dealership for 2021 FORD F150 Lariat never disclosed about the Hail damage and sever braking issue, few other issues like Rear braking system wasnt working. On the top the Manager Stephen was super rude when we mentioned about these issues, he was trying to address these issues as normal wear and tear for used vehicle. I did attach the picture that I already had conversation regarding this pickup truck with one of your sales guy and no one ever mentioned HAIL DAMAGES OR THE ISSUES the truck has. But you guys showing that AMVIC is passed when the truck have steering wheel shake while braking. This whole dealership is fraud and customer service is poor. EVEN NOW THE ADD STILL DOESN’T SHOWS UP AS A HAIL DAMAGE VEHICLE. It was never a price issue it was a dealing issue that you didn’t know how to behave with customers. People buy from dealerships for peace of mind but you guys showing as you guying selling as a private deal not from dealership please be professional with customers not getting triggered if they telling you something about your vehicle that you not aware of instead of being triggered. LOOK AT THE REPLY FROM THE dealership— they still not accepting for not informing the customer about HAIL DAMAGE AND THE STEERING WHEEL SHAKING ISSUE if a person got these surprises obviously they will need time to think we came all the way from Edmonton and were serious buyer but the behaviour of the staff is not professional at all coz the dealership weren’t ready to get that fixed which your mechanic did inspection and pass the AMVIC with that steering issue. YOU GAVE US 26000 cad all in price without fixing the truck and Terry the sales guy told over call on 23 May he quoted 25500cad for which we gave him deposit already over call and came in to buy and got to know about HAIL DAMAGE which was never being mentioned still they are updating their advertisement for HAIL DAMAGE vehicle and not informing customers. YOU MADE CUSTOMER LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR BEHAVIOUR
