While trying to put my soft top on my Jeep Wrangler i ran into some problems.I called the parts department and explained to Chris the issues,he said the new softtops usually are difficult to put on but if i need a hand bring it down.So i did,they were more than happy to help me out.A younger tech,not sure about his name(Desmond) he came out and thoroughly explained to me how he fixed my issues.Not only did put the rest of the top on plus all the side windows and brackets explaining to me how to do it.Taking the time from his busy schedule.I much appreciated the service and the genuine friendliness from the staff.Service like they provide will keep me doing business with this dealership.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I’ve been taking my vehicle here for 5 years for all services/repairs and just bought a car 2mths ago. I had my tires changed and after the service I noticed scratches on the tailgate where the tires were rolled against when coming out. I was directed to the MGR and he told me it was not them that had done this. I argued and even explained the width is the same as the tire. It’s a new vehicle and they will not even take responsibility for making a mistake. Do a touch up/ paint it. Loyalty means nothing to this dealership. Look elsewhere for sure. When you need them to step up, they will tell you to drive away. Never going back.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler used from Aaron and asked for a picture of the under carriage and he pulled it in the shop and took great pictures and between that and the condition I was sold!! Great guys and one of the easiest places I have made a car deal.

Love my new to me RAM 1500. Aaron went above and beyond to find the right truck for me and get everything sorted in the very short time line I gave him. Highly recommend
