Brandon was very patient with us and all of our questions. He helped me find the perfect vehicle I had been searching for a very long time for! Our kids loved him also, they both even colored him a picture before we left. :) He followed up even after the sale to make sure everything was going well too. Highly recommend asking for Brandon if you want someone with great customer service!

Overall the dealership was very good to work with. The only disappointing thing was that we were told we would have a few different vehicles to look at (made a 230 mile trip), but they actually only had one ready for us when we got there. After doing some digging, we were able to find a second one to test drive, but it wasn’t really what we were looking for. That being said, we were very happy with the one they had ready for us, and we ended up buying it. Would do business with them again in the future.

We recently bought a new Chevrolet Suburban from Eide Chevrolet Mandan. The responsiveness and customer service received from Michael Link and the Business Manager Sean were top notch. They made sure we had our new vehicle within 4 days of entering the business and went out to MI to pick up and get home to us. The ordering and paperwork process were so speedy and also personable. Also the follow up calls to see if we had any questions since we took it off the lot were great!!

Ask for Brayden tell him I sent you. He's phenomenal at making deals happen even when you're not sure it can. The other staff I met were friendly and inviting. The process takes time but most big purchases do. Over all I feel like the price and service was amazing. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!
