Eide Chrysler Pine City

This place is a joke. I brought my truck in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced, they destroyed all 4 of my rims on my truck with their tire machine. When I brought it back in to see if they would fix it they told me the damage was prior to the installation and they had photos of it. Thinking maybe I somehow missed this damage before I brought the truck in I had them send me the photos. The photos they sent me clearly had my new tires mounted on the rims as they were a different brand then the previous tires I had on the rims. Now its been months and they no longer respond to me and told me I need to get a lawyer. Con artist Conny and her supervisor Mike are a joke. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to this place again. Not they comment and lie about having the rims resurfaced. They used touch up paint to try and cover up the damage. I had to contact the place they sent the rims to and even they said that Connie insisted on just touch up paint instead of resurfacing the rims even though it was the same price($600). Connie then called me and wanted me to pay half to have them fully resurfaced. This place is a scam and takes no responsibility for problems they caused. Now they are going to try and say this was pretty existing damage. What a joke!!

I bought a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ben was so easy to work with and quick to respond and make it a quick, smooth transaction since I live an hour and a half away. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that! My vehicle was ready to go when I got there and all the staff was so kind! Allen in the sales was great, original didn’t want to lease, but he went over stuff and eventually talked me on to it. Recently moved to Pine City and was happy to find a local friendly dealer to take my Jeep to. I talked to the manager and financing people and everyone was great. Built a great rapport and sending the follow up gift was great too. Best dealer experience I’ve had in a long time.
