They answered all my questions, gave me a fair price, and made the paperwork super easy. The car was in excellent condition, just as described. I purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger from this eknoor auto and was provided with a CARFAX report at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, when I decided to sell the vehicle a year later, I discovered that the report I had received was inaccurate and Fake. The vehicle was previously recorded as a total loss, which had not been disclosed to me. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this seller independently verify all vehicle history reports and documentation before proceeding.

Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They are refusing to provide my lien release letter and are deliberately delaying the process. The owner was shockingly rude and abusive when asked about it. This is completely unprofessional and feels like intentional negligence or worse. Avoid this dealership unless you want unnecessary stress and trouble.

I read through the reviews of Eknoor Auto Sales prior to my purchase and initially agreed until it was time to pickup my car. I had been looking specifically for a 2016-2020 RX350 F-Sport in nebula grey with red interior. We decided the purchase the car the same day we saw it. The car was tucked tightly into their showroom. The salesman was kind enough to advise the front grill was damaged and he would make sure it was replaced prior to delivery. He had also said the car would be completely detailed prior to pickup. With the paperwork signed I went in a few days after looking at the vehicle to pick it up. At first glance everything seems okay (i was in a rush to get as I had alrady been there for over an hour as they couldnt get the license plates on). I immediately noticed they had replace the grill, however the RX350 front grill comes in 2 pieces and they only replaced the top part and left the bottom part as is. Since the car was 3 years old the bottom grill had lost its clear coat and didnt match the top grill. I was disappointed, the "manager" came out to tell me this is how it is and said they will only replace if its broken. He told me how they spent $1000.00 to replace the grill and his tone was getting aggressive as if I had insulted him, nonetheless i didnt want a conflict decided to replace it on my own. I also noticed the interior was not detailed, the seats were extra "glossy" and appeared dirty - again i wanted to bring this up to the manager but he had stormed away showing for care for his customers. The next morning I went started to clean the leather seats using a premium product (Chemical Guys Leather Cleaner and Conditioner). With each wipe my white microfibre cloths were becoming red/pink. The seats had been dyed!!! I sent images to the sales rep who just asked me if the are stains??? The car has now been professionally detailed, almost all the interior seats have damage, the bottom front grill has been replaced - which costed me less than $200 (OEM from lexus). Also when i picked up the vehicle the spare key fob battery was dead and the primary key fob battery needed replacement, there was 1/4 tank of gas and no windshield fluid. I also want to mention that I paid full asking price. I purchase a few cars every few years during this same time I purchased a used Civic from Lockwood Kia and they provided me with incredible service. The car was fully detailed, smelled clean, full tank of gas and all fluids topped up.....I warn everything to not expect any sort of post purchase customer service from Eknoor Auto Sales. I waited almost 3 weeks for them to provide me with a resolution and they havent.

Bought a Ford Mustang from Eknoor Auto and was very impressed with the dealership. The car was detailed and was outfitted with new tires and brakes prior to pickup. I drove down from Ottawa to look at the specific car and was pleased that Andy made sure to give me an opportunity to look at it before taking any deposits on the car. Very pleased with the service and sales staff and would highly recommend!
