El Cajon Mitsubishi

We went in on a Thursday to look at a used Subaru Crosstrek. We worked with Matthew and he was very friendly and helpful. We got to test drive alone which we always appreciate. He provided an out the door price with all the line items noted along with the Carfax and wasn't pushy at all. We came back in on Saturday to buy the car. It's a small team there, but they were very attentive to us the whole time, even with a lot happening on their end of things. Annie walked us through the finance portion with care and patience. Overall had a good experience buying a car. We are very socially anxious people so a calm, friendly, and low pressure environment was exactly what we needed. It still took several hours to complete, but I would expect that anywhere. We feel good about the value we recieved for what we paid and would buy from them again.

Can't say enough positive things about this place! All of the help we received was genuine and phenomenal! The owner was there the day I happened to stop by to take a look at a car I was interested in, and he patiently answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Annie and Matt were so helpful and supportive as well, when we came back to look at the car again and buy it. All of the staff were very kind, helpful and not pushy throughout the buying process, which we really appreciated and was so refreshing to experience! Madza of.umm I mean Mitsubishi of El Cajon is a very friendly environment and very pleasant people and even my Mr Bailey gives it 5 woof woof reviews they are very dog friendly but make sure you’re furry friend has their license with them or they can’t drive away alone the atmosphere was awesome and Annie and Matthew take very good care of their customers and even if you’re struggling with your credit they will do everything short of robbing the bank to get you approved and they may not leave a light on for you but they will have a car for your every needs and no high pressure sales from them they let you make your choice so go on down tell them Bailey sent you !!!😎😎😎😎🦮🦮
