I would like to share the great experience we had at El Dorado Mazda. From the very beginning, the service was very professional and friendly. We especially want to highlight Bassil, who helped us at all times with great patience, knowledge, and dedication. He made sure to answer all our questions and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to his attention, everything was much easier and more enjoyable. Truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at El Dorado Mazda! Max Chang was patient and made buying my CX-50 Hybrid a smooth process. I also needed a tire replaced on short notice, and Alec in the service department was super helpful and got it taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!

Deceptive online pricing, stalling tactics, and terrible transparency. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of ethics and transparency at El Dorado Mazda. We were actively trying to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Mazda CX-5 (Premium Plus, AWD) for my 16-year-old daughter. When we expressed explicit interest in the vehicle, the sales team attempted to tack on a mandatory, non-negotiable $2,000 "CPO fee" on top of the advertised internet price. To make matters worse, we discovered the exact same vehicle (same VIN) cross-listed at their sister store, El Dorado Chevrolet, for $1,000 less and without the bogus markup. When we pushed back and asked to test drive it, we were told the car was unavailable because it was in the body shop having dents repaired. We offered to look at it as-is and even offered to put a deposit down to secure it, but our requests were ignored. For nearly two weeks, the sales team ghosted our texts, repeatedly tried to steer us toward more expensive vehicles, and kept pushing back the date the car would be "ready." After being assured the vehicle would finally be available, we walked into the dealership today with our checkbook in hand ready to buy. We were casually informed that the car had actually come out of the body shop days ago and was already sold—despite it still actively being listed as available on their website. Car shopping for a teenager is stressful enough without dealership games. Save yourself the headache, hidden fees, and the runaround, and take your business somewhere that respects your time and honors their pricing. We will be taking our checkbook elsewhere.

I had Bassil as a sales associate and he was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great experience buying my car with him. The finance guy (wish I could remember his name) left little to be desired lol but Bassil helped me with all my finance questions I had and double checked everything for me. Everyone else was awesome there. 10/10 recommend aaaand hope you get a different finance person lol. It kind of felt like after I denied the added warranty, the finance guy was over me and couldn’t be bothered. Again when I got back to Bassil - he helped me with all questions and saved me.
