Johanna was the best. I had a very unique situation. She was able to work with my friend, arrange a test drive and get my financing all while I was at my husbands bedside. This could have been a very stressful situation but she made it very easy and had no problems. Will definitely recommend her to work with. She was amazing.

It has taken me a couple weeks to get this done. I can not say how grateful i am to Brittney and the crew at Elder Mitsubishi...( i apologize, i forgot the owners name) I went in there " window shopping" with no expectations of leaving with a car. My 2017 dodge caravan was totalled by a hit and run about 4 yrs ago . * as i was in the midst of buying a new house...i was in a " hurry up and wait: to get another vehicle as i needed the old vehicle paid off before getting another. Yet not wanting credit checks to hit me while getting house financed.. So i was out of time on my rental and settled for the first van i saw ..not being nearly as nice as the totalled one. Since then i have had some health issues causing some dings to my credit. So a newer van was just a pipe dream I contacted Elder Mitsubishi and made an apt to see what they had .working nights ..i went straight in after work so i was an hour early for my apt. They got me right in and she and the owners and credit manager worked tirelessly to get me into the beautiful van u see here with ALL the bells and whistles i had been missing in my current van. Again, i truly did not expect to be able to get a vehicle that day.. i was so happy to leave with this my dream van! Second time was just as good as the first! 8 years ago I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and the process was was easy and smooth. I'm at the dealership now completing my second purchase Daniel R. & Taylor the finance guy. I couldn't be more pleased or comfortable making my purchase here. The friendly no pressure atmosphere with quality vehicles and down home Southern charm has won me over again. These gentlemen have really taken care of me answer all of my questions and been extremely thorough in this process. Thank you!...

Dustin and Jared took amazing care of us. We came in with a very tight budget and limited wiggle room and they made it happen for us! Quick and easy experience, would absolutely recommend!!

Update: So after saying towing was free, they want almost 600 bucks towing charge to get the unfixed car back. We have reported them to the DMV and the lender. Working with the lawyer now since theve broken the law on several counts. They refuse to respond or take responsibility for a defective vehicle. Weve also informed several dealerships and posted reciews on every sm site. They sold my son a car. 13 days later at 30 miles an hour the front bumper comes off, goes under his tire and breaks a belt and bent something. Then someone driving the other way runs over the bumper. The tow truck driver, who was nowhere near the road my son was on old the dealership there was debris on the road. Now they say they wont fix it because it broke on impact. There was no impact to the car. He took pics, and explained everything. They gave us the run around before we even got the car. We should have known they would find an excuse. Now my son cant get to work and has to pay for a car he cant drive. Beyond that, they lied to him about several different advantages he was supposed to get like free towing and repairs. We are getting our lawyers involved.
