Excellent experience. Purchased remotely and site unseen. Michael, their top notch salesman, worked diligently with me throughout this entire process. Purchasing site unseen for my dream car was stressful but Michael made the process seamless. Once the car was delivered, I was more pleased than expected. He certainly delivered on his promise that I would love this car.

Michael Simpson was phenomenal to work with. Came in knowing what we wanted to look at. He was quick to provide what we needed to make an informed decision and was accommodating to a multi-visit schedule to ensure the whole family had a chance to ensure we made a solid decision. Do wish we had a better offer on trade-in, and that the dealership was more accommodating to meeting us in the middle and being competitive on an out the door price on a used vehicle listed slightly above market as it was. Certainly less about Michael there and more about the dealership in general. Ultimately found a good choice for the family, and appreciative of Michael’s work to make it happen.
