Bought an 09 Lincoln MKS 7 years ago. It looked and ran great then and it's still running great now. I've had fairly minor work a year ago (struts) and routine maintenance and it's still running great! I refer family and friends here all the time. I had an absolutely incredible experience here! I recently bought a car but didn't have the tools to screw on my front license plates. I called Eli’s and they answered the phone right away on a holiday and told me to come on down. When I arrived, Eli and his son were incredibly kind and gracious. Not only did they install my plates quickly at zero cost, but Eli also noticed my front registration sticker wasn't displayed. He warned me that I could get pulled over in NY without it and helped me stick it on right then and there. Excellent customer service! I will absolutely be back soon because I need my tires changed soon anyway. Highly recommend!

He is a great dealer. Whenever we had a problem with our car, he was always there to help at a fair price. He quickly understands the issue and finds easy, effective solutions. When we were buying the car, he also helped us figure out the insurance and patiently waited for us throughout the process. He is also very nice and polite, which makes working with him even better.

We were in a bind. We needed a car quickly and had just left a horrible experience with another dealership. We found Eli’s on google and took a chance. We are so happy we did! I gave five stars because that is the experience I had, I can’t speak for anyone else. After shopping around for about a month or so our buck stopped here. Mr. Eli was kind and transparent from the start. Everything he told myself and husband is exactly what happened. From the loan approval process, he worked with us on the down payment, to the titling and registration, and even the FREE maintenance he threw in because he didn’t have to. No deception detected. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Now we have reliable transportation and a monthly payment much less than we anticipated. So try Eli’s Enterprises out it’s good business and good customer service. We plan to return in the near future.
