Just wanted to send a huge shout out to my guy AJ. He really pulled a miracle off for me and was a great communicator throughout my purchasing process. He was honest with me about my options and took every measure to make sure that I understood everything in full detail before I agreed to anything. I felt as though I was working with someone who cared about me as an individual and not just someone trying to make a sale. Appreciate you guys over there and send big thanks to you all!!!! Aaron and Zach were absolutely incredible. Aaron dealt with all of my demands and high expectations (only thing I couldn’t get was my full tank of gas lol) honestly best and funnest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Super excited! Hubby and I stopped by after months of vehicle issues. Nate and Mo helped us finance a great Chevy! Our credit is need of work but somehow some way Mo got the bank to make our day!!! If you question whether you can afford a great car then go see the team and they may just work their manic for you too!!

They unfortunately did not have the truck that I was looking for, but I met with Zach & Jacksen while there for a test drive. Both were extremely friendly, helpful and not pushy. Had they had a truck for me, I would have been happy to buy from here. I will check back with them next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

I bought a truck from elite auto exchange on February 7th, 2026. First impressions were great. AJ was awesome to work with and overall the truck looked amazing besides they tried to sell it with only 1 key, the windshield was cracked and the the sunroof was stuck open but they said they would fix all of that and get me a second key. A month goes by and on march 4th the truck is done and supposed to get delivered. Well guess what, something else happens so they have to send it off to ford to fix, finally on march 18th I get the truck. Their driver starts the truck to get it off the trailer and that’s when I heard a clinking sound coming from the engine. I know a few guys that work at ford so I take it to them to have them listen, that’s when we notice coolant is low, the headlights don’t line up with the hood, and one of the tow hooks on the front is bent inward and the engine has all new parts, which is weird because it’s a 2017, those parts don’t stay looking new for 9 years. The ford guys tell me they think i have oil and coolant mixing. Which is going to be around 5-6k to fix. Keep in mind only had the truck for 3 days at that point, and I have video proof of it making that sound coming off the trailer. Also the vehicle showed 0 accidents, but there’s several fishy things with that truck that say otherwise. This is recent, I am going to reach out, get my money back and the loan cancelled. But I will be getting a lawyer on these guys. If you have bought a car from them, run from it. And if you’re thinking about buying a car from them, don’t make the same mistake I did.
