DO NOT I repeat do not deal with this dealership when it comes to the service department my car was towed in to get the SAM module programmed I was told it would only take an hour and would be 195 “if it takes” then 150 after to diagnose. First if it takes? It’s a OEM original Mercedes part! They would have in back in a day or 2 MY CAR IS STILL SITTING THERE UNTOUCHED! You can’t get anyone to answer the phone I’ve called multiple hours of the day multiple times still no answer. I show up in person the “service rep” shrugs his shoulders and says well uh I’ll try to have it done by Friday! After he told me he would have it looked at earlier in the week by Tuesday or Wednesday. His last comment really got me he said “Well your car is in really rough shape” The shape of my car is because it’s an auction car and has had every wire and every component on the car replaced and gone through. The shape of the car isn’t what it’s there for it’s there to be reprogrammed, But the shape of my car is apparently why they haven’t done anything 😅 What a joke man I run my own company and I promise you the status of your car and how much money is in your pocket should never matter when dealing with a customer.
