Elk Grove Chevrolet – Excellent Service, One Small Miss I had a great experience at Elk Grove Chevrolet, largely thanks to Dian Ourk. Dian was friendly, professional, and truly knew her stuff. She took the time to walk us through our options, answered every question clearly, and went the extra mile to find discounts that made our new Chevy Traverse affordable. We never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole process much more comfortable. The only downside was the waiting experience. There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or refreshments available, which made the wait feel unnecessarily long and uncomfortable. That aside, the quality of service—especially from Dian—more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Elk Grove Chevrolet, and if you go, definitely ask for Dian Ourk.

We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and visited multiple dealerships. While in the process of making a car purchase at another dealership, I stopped to reach out to Elk Grove Chevrolet due to the professional Online response the night before and the next morning. I reached out to Robert Gala because the night before, when I inquired about a vehicle, he immediately provided great information and followed up professionally without being pushy. When we arrived at Elk Grove Chevrolet, Robert already had much of the deal structure and available options prepared for us to review. After the test drive and some negotiations, we were able to come to an agreement in less than an hour. Robert did an exceptional job throughout the entire process — professional, prepared, transparent, and easy to work with. Kim Gruwell in finance was also outstanding. She made the finance process smooth, professional, and enjoyable, which quite honestly is not something you normally say about the dealership paperwork process. On top of that, the general manager personally greeted us, offered us nacks, and helped create a positive experience from start to finish. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Elk Grove Chevrolet and would gladly come back again in the future.

The entire experience was a pleasure, from the moment we stepped into the lot until I drove off in my new car! Clemente was so friendly and put zero pressure on me to make a sale. He showed me the exact car I had seen online and even showed me a slightly older model that would have been cheaper. Dennis brought the welcome wagon with snacks and then again with gifts to congratulate me on my purchase, and he was just the most pleasant, happy person. Fred and Kim both kept the same energy up, being absolutely a joy to interact with and made me feel like I had chosen the right place to buy my next (and future!) car. It was actually a fun experience, and that's not something you always find at car dealerships.
