Finally a stellar car buying experience! Elk Grove Toyota deserves the highest marks. Yes I purchased my new car there, why there? It began as a result of taking my 2025 Corolla Cross to them for service. I was so thoroughly impressed with the service department I knew I'd be checking out their sales department. 100 percent customer service there too. No pressure no b.s. just rock solid courteous stellar customer service. My salesman Jaiden kept me in the loop while waiting for my new vehicle to arrive and my Fiance Manger Lai was spot on with all the important details, facts and figures. Even their acquisition team was great and beat Carvana's offer buying my 2025 Corolla Cross. All and All, Great doing business with these folks. Thoroughly impressed and appreciated.
