Today 04/25/26 I purchased 2019 Tacoma . Let me start by saying I’ve dealt with this store before but only having a hitch put on another vehicle which I thought went fantastic !! Ashley is a dynamic employee at the parts service center. Purchasing this Tacoma was a breath of fresh air as it brought back memories how true customer service is handled . This started by sales man Charlie whom was very cordial attentive and knowledgeable. Then I was introduced to Jimmy the financial manager whom was as well cut above in customer service . My buying experience was outstanding and that’s putting in layman terms as there’s just isn’t enough praise for the team at Elliffs !! No pressure upsales but the welcoming feeling that exchange with you is very gratifying !! I only wish other dealerships could witness and take note how true customer service should and can be handled. I write this in hopes that those in upper management truly realize what outstanding employees they have at this organization. I will be bringing my truck for service in the future and talking with Jimmy I jut maybe purchasing a trailer as well . Thanks to Eliffs Team 🙏
