We purchased a car 3 weeks ago and it’s been nothing but a headache since. The buying process was smooth and professional. Justin was amazing to work with. We got a call from the owner less than a week later telling us there were shocks that they hadn’t gotten replaced and to bring it in. We did so. They had the wrong parts. Took it back the next week. We didn’t hear from them for over a day on something that should have taken less than a day. Come to find out that a part was broken so they over nighted it. The service guy, Zack, gave us an absolute run around every single time we spoke and the only way we got any actual answers is when I finally spoke to David. A week later and they’ve had the part for a couple days and it was told to me it would be fixed multiple days in a row and it still hasn’t. They also sold us a car that needs the cam phasers replaced but are saying it needs to be pushed out 30-45 days so that then gets them out of being responsible for fixing it and it will fall on the extended warranty we thankfully decided to pay for. Let’s pray our engine isn’t ruined in the next 30-45 days. Absolute horrible service department.

Our daughter has been looking for a particular car for months, so we have been in contact with MANY car lots! Found this little gem, in Holton, Kansas at Ellis Boys. I’ve been around awhile as I’m almost 67 years old I’ve dealt with a lot of salesman. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience anywhere, Eli’s boys may be over 3 hours away but they have earned my business, and my respect, I would highly recommend this dealership.
