We walked into to look at a new Maverick and needed a new salesman as ours had recently passed away. We talked to Zack who was a nice young man who was very helpful. We are very happy with the service we received. This was our 8th vehicle we have purchased with Emerling and as always very happy with everything.

Chris in the service dept was spot on with my vehicle. They provided a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. He respectfully took the time to answered all my questions. At no time did he make me feel like my concerns were not valid or ridiculous to even ask the question. Previously at a different dealership, I was treated like I was invalid & I was taking up to much of their time asking questions because I waited 4 hours & they still did not complete the repair. Life is to short to waste 4 hours w/no explanation, only to be told i would have to come back another day to start all over again?!? That was my last visit there. I switched to Emerling Ford in Springville & I am 1000% satisfied with the professionalism & their service dept. & repairs. Plus they give you a loaner car & your not there 4 hours for repairs. Everything went smoothly, from our initial meeting and purchase of our new 2026 F150, to our pick up date (today). Our salesman, Kevin Merrill is fantastic. Honest and trustworthy. We have bought from Kevin before and would do so again. Great experience!

Our new-to-us 2022 Subaru is the second car we’ve purchased from Emerling Ford and we are thrilled with it! From start to finish our salesman Reid and finance guy Jason were fantastic and clearly explained all the details and options along the way. Later when we had a minor service check-up, Anthony fit us in quickly and the knowledgeable staff did a thorough check above and beyond to prepare the car for a long road trip! Our family are now huge fans of Emerling and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
