Emerson Chevrolet

In general I am very happy with emerson. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and they were less expensive than dealers closer to me. The sales staff was friendly and very helpful. So this is unrelated to my recent service experience.

Emerson was great to deal with. After a few weeks of hassles with other dealers Jaosn Ward was able to make the experience trouble free. Jason was a great salesman and if it wasn’t for him this deal wouldn’t have gotten done. Traded 2 for 1. I told him what I needed and Emerson didn’t counter back on my trades. 5/5 stars for the sales team and business managers that we dealt with.

I purchased my newer truck in June of 2025 and was blown away with how friendly everyone was and how quick whoever I worked with took action and made me feel like I wasn’t just a number walking through the door my salesman Cory was beyond amazing to work with especially Josh I can’t thank them enough for making my experience an amazing one even when I had an issue with my rear window Cory introduced me to John in service and quickly turned a problem into a breeze and took care of me and my better half I look forward to working with everyone at Emerson Chevrolet again I can’t express the level of professionalism and care that went into this purchasing experience and I won’t forget it thank you!

I want to tell you what a great experience I have had in the past 4 to 5 months with my Chevrolet Trax. Wallace Lee has helped me so much. This is the first car I have purchased on my own. He has made the process of repairs wonderful, and honestly gave me great peace that things are going to be ok. I know the it takes a whole team to do the work. These guys gave me a great deal and a beautiful truck! Very pleased with my experience in purchasing my 2021 Chevy trail boss from the salesman to the guys in the garage to the front desk. This truck is awesome! I told my salesman I live to hunt and fish and travel deep in the North Maine Woods and he hooked me up! After owning this truck for the first year I’m so happy with it I can’t put it into words. I love the heated steering wheel and seats, and also being able to start my truck from my phone! I work shift work so living here In Maine it’s perfect. Will definitely be doing business again when it’s time to upgrade my wifes rig! Thank you Emerson Chevy! 10/10!
