I honestly don’t even know where to start. For the past few years I had been following Kyle and his dealership because I’ve always been a huge BMW fan, and every single car he posted had incredible specs. I always told myself that when the day came to buy my dream BMW, it would be from him, and that day finally arrived. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Kyle is one of the few people in this business who genuinely cares about getting you the best deal possible rather than simply selling you a car. He was transparent throughout the entire process, never played games with numbers, never tried to manipulate anything, never pressured me into buying something I didn’t want, and worked incredibly hard to make everything come together. At one point I ran into a snag while trying to finalize the purchase, and instead of selling the car to someone else, Kyle chose to wait for me to work things out. I hadn’t even put down a deposit, so he had absolutely no obligation to hold the car. That level of integrity is rare in this industry.
