I recently purchased a Bronco from this dealership and had a great experience. Greg was professional, patient, and easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward without any pressure. I really appreciated his honesty and clear communication. Jayson in finance was also very helpful. He explained everything clearly, kept the process efficient, and made sure there were no surprises. Overall, the experience was simple, transparent, and professional. Already posted on Facebook and multiple sites. Rodents ate my wires. Not covered. I get it, but they wanted a $500 diagnostic fee just to release the car. I obviously never authorized this. They “gave” me back my car and settled for $225. Talk about greed. I have had my new car from there for 7 months. It’s been there 3 times for a total of 6 weeks. How in the blue hell do you not waive the miniscule fee as a courtesy. Talk about losing a customer who would have stayed loyal for years. Awful, awful business move. Appalling. Oh and they wanted $1000 to fix the wire. Got it done at my local shop for $80

I recently purchased a vehicle here. I went in to look at a specific car, and my salesman, Kenner, was great to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the finance process left me disappointed. While signing the paperwork, I didn't notice a "maintenance" fee, and I still don't really know what it was for. That should have been explained more clearly. The biggest issue was that the vehicle only came with one key. I wasn't made aware of that in a way that stood out before everything was finalized. Had I known, I absolutely would have negotiated that into the purchase price since a replacement key, programming, cutting, and the fob cost several hundred dollars. Once the paperwork was signed and the registration was completed, there wasn't much I could do. I reached out after the sale about the key, but communication was slow and difficult, so I ended up paying to have a second key made myself. This was an $80,000+ vehicle, so I expected a much smoother, more transparent buying experience. Things like clearly explaining fees, disclosing that there's only one key, and responding promptly after the sale should be standard at this price point. Overall, Kenner earned 5 stars for his service, but the finance process and post-sale communication left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve their transparency and customer service for future buyers.
