Came here with my wife to upgrade from her Kia Telluride to a Mazda CX-90. What a pleasant experience at this dealership. Our salesman, Brandon, couldn't have been nicer. He was well versed in all the options and wasn't pushy at all. His manager, Victor, was my kind of guy. Didn't play games with numbers, was very straightforward and easy to talk with, you can tell he genuinely loves interacting with people. Mateo, the finance guy, was also easy to deal with was actually more accommodating than I've seen before. Long process but I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Mazda. Only 2 days in, but my wife is very satisfied with her new SUV.

I was just about to give up, but Steven and Brandon said they only want to help people and not to give up. I knew the dealership was over 1 hour and 15 min drive and bc they let me speak and listened it was worth taking that drive. I was able to drive away with what I wanted/needed for my family. Payment higher than I wanted but they are so educated there that they did me a solid with out even telling me what kind of loan my not so good credit happened to get and shouldn't have. I recommend you place your trust at this dealership.

Let me tell you now, I don’t think any other car dealership is topping this one right here! Everything was just amazing. I want to thank Jeffrey Miller ( jeff lol ) for his help, very wonderful man and great at what he does. Secondly I want to thank and appreciate Vance Hill for his help, very great and reassuring man. Walked me through step-by-step of the process. Very good at his job! Kept me laughing while I waited so that was a plus as well. And lastly Mateo, thank you for your help! You guys were incredible and without you I don’t think I would’ve got such a beautiful car!!! 5 stars all across!!! Don’t walk but run to Mazda empire!!

I went in for a test drive and left with a CX-50. After a long stint researching best Mazda dealerships in the state and also best in customer service, this dealership came back at the top in both of those categories (in spades). I walked in having zero expectations but was introduced to Hossam and eventually Kelvin. Hossam asked me off the bat which features I would prefer in a new car; not the money I wanted to spend, not upselling me on the top tier trim level. He asked what I wanted and found 2 cars to show me. No selling involved, just asked if I wanted to take a test drive (as the car speaks for itself). After the test drive, we went inside and got down to business where I was immediately introduced to Kelvin. Like Hossam he listened to exactly what we wanted and what we needed as a family. He made it happen. It was the easiest buying experience with a true personal touch. I'm a Mazda convert and truly believe they are the best dealership and staff around. The only reason it took 3 hours versus two was because they sold so many cars and Matteo in finance had a queue to go through. Also, I can't forget about Miss D at the end of the whole process; fun glasses, sassy personality and a bright punctuation mark at the end of an awesome experience. Strongly recommend!!

I came to Empire Mazda by myself from PA for a Subaru Crosstrek I had been looking for. This was my first time I've ever gone through this process without someone with me and my team at Empire couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. Starting with Nicole whom I worked with from the beginning sending me pictures and videos, taking me on my test drive, going over my finance offer. She was truly WONDERFUL! She was so kind and easy to talk to. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Then Mateo helped me with all the paperwork and financing and he was extremely helpful with decisions and patient when I had an issue with my bank. Finally, I believe his name was Mason. I noticed a low tire pressure light on before I was leaving (at this point it was past their closing time) and he jumped in to put air in it and take a look to make sure there wasn't anything piercing my tire. Overall it was an amazing experience because of them. I will say next time I will be more observant on things like what shape the tires are in etc. but that is on me as a first timer being overwhelmed and just excited to get the car I wanted.
