My overall experience in the service department at Empire Nissan was positive customer service was excellent had a few issues but they took care of everything. I would recommend this dealership at least from my last experience

People don’t usually rave about dealers, but will definitely tell you the bad experiences. My family has bought a total of 9 cars now from Empire Nissan since 2015. From my original salesman Henry Valtierra to my sales guy Manny the last 4 purchases, Empire Nissan is top quality in service! They work hard for the deal and are always upfront. I’ve driven Hondas, Toyotas, Mercedes and due to the unparalleled service from sales, they finance to the service department, Empire Nissan has a lifelong customer in me. I’ll never go anywhere else. Go see my friend Manny if you’re considering a new car. You will not be disappointed.

The Dealership made my car buying experience pleasant , not pressured. They were friendly and accommodating. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder at a "decent" price, we both benefited a bit. I would recommend Empire Nissan to friends and family, if they were buying a new or pre-owned vehicle.

We went in to purchase a Sentra for my daughter.. Dave, our salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. we booked an appointment with him and told him what we were looking for, such as color and model… he made sure he had plenty of selections for us… this was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had… definitely recommend Dave and the entire team at Ontario Nissan..

Service advisor Carlos Gonzales Tirado was especially helpful—he clearly explained what my car needed, answered my questions, and kept me updated on the progress. The work was completed faster than expected, and my car runs much smoother now. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly values customer service and quality work.
