I recently got a 21 Ford F350 platinum truck and I decided to make Encinitas for my preferred Dealer. I took it in. I set appointment up with Nick in service and he was able to get me in and out. I had an amazing experience nice little waiting room that offers coffee, espresso in a machine and plenty of room for my children and me to sit down comfortably and wait it only took an hour and I was in and out. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I will definitely be going back for all my future services on my truck. Best car dealership experience ever, highly trustworthy auto dealer with great people. I was surprised to learn the extensive tenure of the people I worked with in sales and finance when buying a new ford maverick hybrid, Allen did the sale and was a great guy who took great care of us. Lindsay in finance did a wonderful job getting me a great rate and ensuring my vehicle was protected. Owner, Mr. Wheeler had me in his office and personally gave me some great advice on calculating lease vs finance payments, and gave me some old school wisdom.
