Engel Brothers Ford Sales

I take my autos here for needed repairs. Though I personally have not purchased an auto from Engel Brothers myself. I have several family members that have. They have a really good sales and service department. When you take your vehicle in for service they will tell you what they have found before doung any repairs to ensure you are okay with it. John, the service manager is a great guy and will take every effort to make sure your auto is taken care of.

Fabulous customer service. We hit a deer several miles south, crushed the front end. Worried we were leaking antifreeze/coolant. We stopped at the truck stop and noticed the Ford sign. We pulled in, we weren’t even there for 5 mins. A service tech, I think John, came out inspected and assured us it was just the ac that was out. This Ford dealer’s small gesture was huge. We were able to drive to Chicago, to have work done on the truck. This type of customer service and quick response is what made a tough day smooth. Thank you for being great on a rough day!!!!!

We are on our way to mother's funeral near Chicago. Tire was low. Stopped to see if they could check it out. Small sharp stone in tire. They repaired it and sent us on our way - half hour/ $18. Can't beat that! Thank you Engel Brothers for your excellent service.

Engel brothers are amazing .weve traveled up from Louisiana to Indy..Had fuel line issues so we had to stop over night . Engel brothers took us in at opening .squeezed us in the shop immediately.. Took the time to locate parts n take care of us first thing without any appointment .they are making us very comfortable with coffee n conversation while we wait ..our great appriciation n thanks to the Staff ESPECIALLY Heidi n John!!!
