# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews reflecting significant inconsistencies in quality and transparency. While some customers praise individual salespeople for their honesty and lack of pressure tactics, others report serious issues including undisclosed vehicle damage, warranty problems, poor service department performance, and inadequate accountability when problems arise.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help other buyers. I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 from Enterprise Kia believing it had a clean history, based on the information provided at the time of sale. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing issues with safety sensors and driver-assist features. Upon closer inspection, I noticed physical red flags, including masking tape attached to a front camera and broken or improperly repaired components. I then independently obtained a Carfax report showing prior damage. An independent body shop later confirmed evidence of a prior front-end collision, repainting, and improper repairs (including body panels secured with double-sided tape). These issues were not disclosed prior to purchase. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with management before escalating. While the dealership emphasized reliance on vehicle history software and signed paperwork, my concerns about undisclosed damage, safety systems, and the vehicle’s actual market value were never meaningfully addressed in writing, other than offering to take the car to the Audi dealership since the car still under warranty and inspecting the car at their shop, and any parts I choose to replace will be sold to me at their cost. This situation has been unnecessarily stressful, especially given the price paid and the expectation of transparency when purchasing a vehicle. I strongly recommend that prospective buyers obtain independent inspections and independent vehicle history reports before purchasing.
First time dealing with this dealership and they didn't disappoint. I worked with Curly and this man was phenomenal. He listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He never tried to talk me into something else or pressure me to change my budget. A+ service and I will be using them in the future.
After a shady encounter with a salesman at Dothan Kia, I came her to Enterprise Kia, and after explaining my situation I was met with complete transparency and a group of people that I felt truly had my best interests at heart. Moses was amazing while helping me buy my car and I have since recommended my friend and Grandmother here who is now purchasing a car from my mom! I think my whole family would 100% consider Enterprise Kia for any future purchases!
I bought a 2022 Kia Carnival from this dealership. One day after purchase, multiple warranty issues appeared, and over 8 months, I’ve filed five warranty claims, including a full transmission replacement, yet the car still drives poorly. After driving 800 miles back home to Enterprise, they refused service for a full week. The dealership has shown a clear lack of accountability and responsiveness. I cannot recommend them for reliable vehicles or customer service.
I am not one to write bad reviews but I can't keep quiet about this. Took my 2015 Sorento into Kia of Enterprise Service Dept on 12/3/2025 with car not starting so they did a diagnostic test and Found it to be the ECM. I purchased a good ECM from another vendor and took to them and they installed the good ECM. Now coming from a Mechanics background myself, I checked out the new ECM upon receiving it and it was in very good condition including the 2 plug bays on the unit. Kia of Enterprise Service Dept called me on 12/15/2025 and said I could pick up my car it was ready. My wife picked it up and noticed it was slow to get going and would nor accelerate. It took up to half a mile just to get to 40 miles an hour. I called the Service Dept and they said the new ECM may not be fully compatible with our car. I sent off the old original ECM to have reset with a company in Florida who resets them for $289.00. It came back so I put it back in the car and while pulling out the one installed by Kia, I noticed several pins were bent inside the plug bay of the ECM they installed for me at kia. I called them and there answer to me was they could give me back the Diagnostics fee of $140.00 and that's all they could do for me. I paid them $516.71 for the service and I was out another $289.00 for the reset on the original to the car ECM which was bad all around and $89.99 for the other ECM. I ended up fixing the unit they installed by straightening the pins myself and repairing the car which runs now with no issues. I would advise to avoid Kia of Enterprise Service Dept due to possible improperly trained technicians which cost me $895.70 -$140.00= 755.70 out of pocket cost due to their persons lack of ability to install the plugs to the plug bank on my ECM unit causing pin damage. Be aware and very cautious of this shop. It may cost you in the long run. Bad business and customer service, I wont be taking a vehicle of any kind back to them.
