100/10 the staff is very helpful and professional but not overbearing. The Prices aren’t horrible and they have quality cars. Kevin and the others were very welcoming( I can’t remember their names). They made my first car purchase very smooth and easygoing. I would shop with them again !!🎉🎉

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Everyone was super helpful and extremely patient! I had some bank issues and then some trade in issues but they never wavered. They stood on their word and promises and helped me to get it done! I knew what I wanted when I called but I also browsed the other vehicles they had while dealing with my sale and everything was top notch! Beautiful vehicles, no major damage or even cosmetic blemishes and everything was very clean. I had spoken to many dealerships and visited quite a few as well along the way and none of them can compare to these guys. Their understanding, patience and commitment to a happy customer was like no other. Pablo, Kevin and Jose stayed late two nights in a row to allow me to get done everything I needed in order to drive away in my Jeep wrangler! (Which I’m completely in love with) they never complained or showed any type of frustration with me, when checking in during my drive both nights the response I always got was to not worry and drive safe. I felt terrible about keeping them away from their families but they never made me feel like a bother, we laughed and shook hands and I made new friends. These guys are not just salesman, they truly do care. No pushing me into anything or bothering me with 20 phone calls a day. They were fantastic. Thank you so much for being patient with me and helping me get through a very stressful process on my end! You guys made it easy on your end and made me feel confident in my purchase. I will not buy from anyone else from now on. So if you need a vehicle do not hesitate to give these men a call they will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and my experience with Sales Manager Pablo was extremely disappointing. The vehicle was advertised with Recaro seats, which are a major option and part of the reason I agreed to the purchase. When the car arrived, it had standard seats instead. On top of that, the car was delivered with a burnt clutch and a dead battery, issues I had to deal with immediately after taking ownership. When I contacted Pablo about these concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, he repeatedly brought up that he was 42 years old and had been driving manual cars for 30 years, making me feel like my concerns were being dismissed and that I was somehow at fault. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but honesty, accountability, and customer service matter. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to thoroughly inspect everything, verify all listed options, and get any promises in writing before signing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.

Outstanding customer service and technicians!! I recently had a few minor issues come up with my recent purchase from ERBI Motors, and Pablo was happy to get the issues sorted the entire time, with very low cost! Not only that but Kevin made the experience of a first time buyer very understandable and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. Will be coming back!
