When we found out that one of our Cadillac rims was cracked we call Chris in service to get one ordered. He set up a loaner and set the appointment for the next day. When we arrived he called the extended warranty company to see if the rim was covered. They gave Chris many excuses why they wouldn't cover the rim even though we had purchased the tire and rim warranty. Chris wasn't satisfied and went to talk to other managers to voice his displeasure. They fought for us and got the warranty company to cover the rim and labor. This type of service is what brings me back. Thank you to Chris and everyone that worked for us on this repair.

I called yesterday and made an appointment because the service advisor told me there was a loaner car for me to use, which would be an hour an a half drive from my house, which I told him. Today we call they have no loaner cars, so we would have had to find a ride an hr and a half home on a lie. So I speak with the service manager who tell me I never called them and made an appointment and must have called another dealership. Apparently cadillac and gm are such trash dealerships that they don't have loaner cars for their customers. Highly recommend going to anyone else for a car. Toyota, volkswagen, audi, Mercedes all will give you loaner cars and rides home to and from dealership. Gm and cadillac should be ashamed if themselves.
