I can not say enough good things about the service department! We have had both our 2017 Yukon SLT and our 2016 Camaro RS serviced. The team at Erik's is very professional and customer oriented. Excellent service and pleasant encounter from the moment I drove onto the lot just shy of one year ago. This dealership is a well oiled machine and that speaks volumes about the management. From salesman, finance, service dept to receptionist and passing sales staff when I am waiting for service, all have been friendly with not only me but with each other. This is honestly one of a handful of businesses that I have ever been in or around that is friendly, efficient and there is no grumbling of discontent from staff at some level.
