I had the best experience with Ryan and Robin. I don't live anywhere near the dealership but I saw the vehicle I have been wanting on their website. I dealt with both Ryan and Robin over the phone and email to seal the whole deal. Communication was amazing every step of the way and when I went to pickup the vehicle it was ready, paperwork was quick and easy. The only reason I didn’t go with Basil is because they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock and couldn’t get it in as fast as I needed. That’s it. Otherwise, I absolutely would have bought from him. Basil was hands down the best and most honest salesperson I dealt with throughout the entire process. No pressure, no games. Just straight answers, transparency, and genuine effort to help me find the right vehicle, even when it didn’t ultimately benefit him. That kind of integrity is rare in car sales.
