Toyota Erin Mills is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced and this is not the first time. While Toyota has a decent lineup and selection of vehicles, I would strongly advise avoiding this particular dealer.
I bought my Bronco Sport from Erinwood Ford and have had all my services done by them since. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable and have provided excellent service throughout my duration with them.
Very professional staff, got the parts I wanted in a limited time during on a Saturday. The place was clean and very accommodating. Free coffee and water and paid vendo machine while waiting.
