I absolutely love Kawaldeep! I can feel how much he enjoys his job and helping people to find a car they truly love. When I didn't get approved for financing on the CX-5 he helped me to find the CX-30 which I actually somehow managed to love even better! On the delivery/pick-up date he was very helpful in explaining all of the important features of the car and how to navigate/manage them. He also helped me later to get all weather mats and was willing to keep them with him until I can pick them up since my work schedule does not align with when the parts/accessories shop is open. Jay was absolutely amazing and helped with determining what the most beneficial add on coverages/warranties for the vehicles would be for me personally. He really showed an interest in caring about what it was that I needed most and helping me to stay within budget of what the financing would allow for me to purchase on my own (without a co-signer)! He was very understanding of my tight schedule and long work hours and was able to work around those through a variety of communication methods including voicemails, phone calls, and emailing. I would also like to add that Kawaldeep and the entire Erin Mills Mazda team are very attentive to detail as I had accidentally left the 407 transponder in my trade-in vehicle and they took it out and kept it aside for me to pick up! Mazda was referred to me by colleagues, customers, and friends and I am so excited to be starting many new adventures and memories with my CX-30!

Harman was absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely made the experience special, especially since my wife was there with me this time.
