We recently bought a vehicle from Erin Mills Mitsubishi and had the pleasure of working with Zaeem. Then to top it off He brought our Vehicle to Peterborough and delivered it to us there . He drove over 150 km to make the delivery. They went over all the paperwork and made that part simple and hassle free too. I also appreciated the full explanation of the optional film protection we wanted, and how that would work. I checked out the service waiting area to see where we might go in the future and people were being looked after there as well. So, what more can I say? It was a First-Class buying experience for us. My wife loves her new Eclipse!

I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander GT in 2024, expecting it to last at least ten years with normal use. Unfortunately, the dealership heavily advertised and assured us of its high quality—particularly the seat leather—claiming it was premium and durable. However, within just one year, the leather has deteriorated significantly. When I raised this issue with the representative, he dismissed it, saying ‘You bought from us, how can you expect a car at this price to have perfect leather after only one year?’ This is completely unacceptable, especially given the price paid and the promises made during the sale.
