I couldn't be happier with my experience buying from Sean and Ertle Subaru. I told them early on what I wanted and got a test drive. I shopped around at other dealerships to get the best price. When I came back to Ertle with the deal, Sean was able to run it by Maya who was confident early on she'd be able to beat any deal...and they did. They even threw in a few extras. Before signing the deal I told Sean I wanted to be in and out and driving the vehicle off the lot in 30 minutes...he sent along some paperwork to get started ahead of time and let me know "this just cut 30-40 minutes off the process" which was amazing. When I came in for my scheduled time, we did a tour of the service shop, saw the car getting finished up in detailing, and was ready to sit down in the finance department. After the paperwork was signed, I went outside and was shown all of the cars features, and I drove off. I was out of there within the hour. Clear communication, the right price, quick and easy transaction. It doesn't get much better than that! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a used Jeep Renegade from Ertle Subaru. First let say that the entire experience was truly amazing with no pressure and a very easy going and customer friendly. My saleswoman was Makayla, and I would like to say that she provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable. Additionally she provided a very warm and energetic attitude with me. Infact her business accumen should be the standard at Car Dealerships, and Ertle Subaru really stuck gold in hiring her to respect the dealership. I also would like to mention Steve who is in charge of finance and paperwork processing. He to was customer friendly and very knowledgeable, I like his business accumen as well. I have bought many cars over my lifetime both new and used and my Finance staff members are sometimes very pushy and put you in stress mode. Steve is the exact opposite which is a major plus. I believe that Ertle Subaru as a whole really is diligent on making a customer's vision of a fun and positive experience of buying a car along with top notch service. Anyone looking to buy a used car or a new Subaru I would highly recommend checking out Ertles. I bought my 2015 Outback from Kayla about a week ago and she was great throughout the entire process. The car wasn't quite ready when I went to go look at it but she kept in contact and kept me updated the entire time. Even the sales manger James was great to deal with. I had one minor problem with the sunroof that I sent him an email about and he called me first thing in the morning before they were even open to help get me in contact with the service department to get it taken care of. I would definitely buy another car here.
