This man brought me from a 474 credit score when I walked into Toyota of Greer all those years ago, a broken man, not knowing how I was going to get to work, to the man I am today. I can walk into any dealership and I get what I want. You see, not only do they sell cars, but they provide wisdom. The price of a car is the price of a car. Knowledge and wisdom is priceless! I went into Escude to browse used inventory. I was seeking a bigger vehicle as my son is sprouting like a weed and could not fit comfortably on long trips in our current car. I knew I had slight hiccups with my car, replaced the throttle body in it 2 months ago, acceleration was kinda off, but I drove a Trax and always experienced issues with it. I just paid it off. Kelly stayed late and worked effortlessly to get me into something safe even after uncovering my transmission was going out. She was incredibly honest and knowledgeable about payment options, costs, etc... She is someone you can trust to do the right thing. My prior experience at a Chevrolet dealership in Arizona was awful. I was naive and told whatever I needed to hear for the sale to go through. Escude is trustworthy and you can tell the entire team works with integrity as their foundation. Im so grateful Kelly sat with me and helped me out of an unsafe mess. Lord help her as well as I got a large vehicle I wasnt used to driving and she road around the block with me haha. It was a great experience. Let me take a minute to tell you about my experience with Escude Chevrolet, and Tala our sales person. First of all… Tala is a breath of fresh air, and exactly the person we needed for our buying process. She is very knowledgeable regarding the product, she is tech savvy, and best of all perfectly personable! Tala is a hoot and a holler in a much too often weary world. Escude should be glad Tala is a part of their team… we are! After I located the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 at Escude, Tala helped us negotiate, and when we were satisfied on the exchange we drove up from Charleston to pick it up. When we drove up we got out of our vehicle and peep around a column to see our new pickup… Tala had it sitting there all detailed and ready to go. I’ve bought about a million vehicles in my time; this is the easiest and most streamlined process I’ve ever experienced; however, it also was perfectly personable. If I ever need another Chevrolet I will first check with Escude and Tala to help me find what I need. I was treated very fairly, and I was very impressed with the entire buying process. Way to go Tala… you represented Escude very well! Life is good, now let’s all go out and enjoy👊🏻!

These guys are exceptional to work with. I have not been happy about going to the dealership all week long but I have to say, this has been the easiest process. They have have made this very easy. This has been great and my wife is very happy with her purchase. They made sure to meet all her needs and then some.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle here. We were coming from about 2 hours away and our saleswoman, Tala, made the experience enjoyable! Believe it or not, purchasing a vehicle from her was seamless and efficient. I had been dreading the entire car buying experience but was pleasantly surprised! She sent videos and photos of the vehicle, answered my many questions, offered a fair value for my trade in and set up financing virtually. All we had to do was drive there, test drive the vehicle and sign paperwork. We were in and out in less than an hour! Tala is a terrific salesperson - her enthusiasm for her customers and their experience shines brightly and she makes an extra effort to go above and beyond.
