UPDATE: 05/05/2026 Eskridge Honda did really well with ensuring that everything on my car is fixed and I will continue to go to them for my car services. Thank you! UPDATE: 02/13/2026 Eskridge Honda replaced my black mirror cover and paid for a new cowl / labor that got fixed at Jim Norton Collision Center. Communication with them through the process was fairly easy and I'm content that they addressed my car issues. I do still have a rattling sound with my windshield that gets loud only during the cold weather so they weren't able to diagnose the problem today. I was told I could take it back in on a cold day for them to check my vehicle out. Thank you guys! Original Review: Do not service your car here! It is disappointing that we bought my car from here years ago and always had a good experience up until needing to replace my windshield under warranty. After we took my car home, we noticed that they did not put the clips back onto the car but instead DRILLED HOLES into the frame of my car and installed brand new shiny bolts. They also broke the black case cover on the camera that goes on the windshield. I don't get my car serviced anywhere else, only my husband does my oil changes and tire rotations. They are denying that their 3rd party outsourced glass person got up under my hood and drilled new holes into my car instead of putting my old clips back in. I asked them to check their surveillance cameras to show me proof that the glass person did not drill the holes and they said they would check but would rather believe him saying that he didn't do it than us stating that no one else services our car. Per the service manager "I'm sorry for your misfortune and this mishap but it's not us that messed up your car." Eskridge Honda is denying everything after they messed up my car! I brought my car to you guys in hopes of just a windshield replacement but instead get met with my car being damaged, wasting our time traveling and waiting to have a conversation with everyone involved in the replacement, and then pretty much being told that we are lying that they had anything to do with my car. You can tell that those are brand new shiny bolts !!!!!!! My car got serviced there on Friday Jan 9th and I picked it up later that afternoon. By Saturday Jan 10th at 4:30PM we noticed all the brand new bolts with drilled holes into my car frames and all the missing clips.

If you need a vehicle go see Juan. My son lives 2.5 hours away from me so hard for me to be there in person to help. He went and talked to Juan and it was just a great experience overall with Juan and the whole dealership. They were fair and went above and beyond to get my son the exact car he wanted!!! It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had without a pressure environment. Not one time did we ever feel pressured. Absolutely beautiful dealership!!! If your in the market go see Juan and Eskridge Honda you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

Where Bob Howard Honda failed Eskridge Honda succeeded and even went far and beyond. By far a better car dealership. Recently bought a new 2026 Honda Pilot, all the way from the first interaction through text messages to the last signature with finance they were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. We walked into this dealership around 530 this evening and left close to 845 with a brand new CRV hybrid for one of our daughters. Hal was our sales associate and he was very kind and went above and beyond to help us! I appreciate how personable he was with us and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Honda or a used Honda to ask for Hal!
