Writing I had an outstanding experience working with Shannon at Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City. I first purchased my 2023 Lexus RX 350 from him, and the level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail he showed made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Because of that great experience, I returned on April 21, 2026, and purchased a 2026 Lexus RX 350—once again with Shannon. For the second time, he guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. His consistency, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers truly stand out. I couldn’t be happier with both of my purchases, and I highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a stress-free and successful car-buying experience. I will definitely be coming back again in the future!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. It started in 2025 with Emma showing me a beautiful vehicle but I wasn't quite ready I guess. There was no push or rush to get me to buy, just a wonderful nod of understanding and she gave me her business card. So in May 2026 when I truly was ready I called Emma, she found me a vehicle being built and we put down payment in it. She kept me informed in its shipment and it's arrival. She was kind, so courteous and such a wonderful person to work with. I will definitely regimens her and Eskridge Lexus to ask my friends. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Navid yesterday, actually our best car buying experience ever. We’ve had many new vehicles last few years and honestly we were over with all the new quirks of the newer cars. We have a brand new Infintiy qx60 and it’s been an absolute nightmare (lemon). I told my husband pull into Lexus where I know I can find dependable and will last. Ended up getting an older car than I anticipated but I absolutely love it and it’s in incredible condition. It will be perfect for our life now with having a child in sports and many friends in the car. All that being said, Navid went over and beyond with customer service and made us feel right at home.

My sales guy name is Matthew Howard…I’m going to brag a little about him. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted and I went to Lexus to test drive all the models. He was very knowledgeable about his vehicles..very kind..and he’s really personable. Months passed and my husband & I was heading to purchase and I decided to reach out to Matt and he was there..sold us the vehicle and I’m glad it was Matt. The young lady that helped me with setting up my tech…she was awesome too. Overall I love the staff here. Definitely ask for Matt he will help you the right way!
