Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling faces and a great big Hi from the staff. They were all friendly. When I got my vehicle back, it was clean, outside and inside. Sat into a different vehicle, or so it seemed. Would I recommend Esterhazy Ford to family and friends, of course I would. It was a great experience and they even brought my vehicle back to my work. VERY nice!

We found a vehicle online and Mike was very easy to work with giving us a price we were comfortable paying. He updated us every step of the way and even drove over 2 hours from Esterhazy to provide us with a test drive before we purchased it. Above and beyond service.

had my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee detailed here today and asked for the “gold clean” package. and was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Not only was my car treated with no apparent care or respect, but the job itself was rushed and poorly done. I keep my car decently clean and I’m expecting soon and couldn’t do it myself. The guy at the till was very understanding and also fixed my bill for me when I was randomly charged for “parts” when I came in to pay for just a detail. He came out and looked it over with me and said the detailer will have to redo it all Monday but I don’t even trust who ever did this to redo it a second time. What a joke, I rarely ever say anything about any services I pay for but this was pretty bad and I felt I had to considering the money I just spent on this. In my trunk under my leather mat was soaked! when I got home I had to dry it up as best I could with a towel so I don’t get mold. (Never got a shampoo) Under the seats weren’t touched was the same as when I brought it in. 3 Door jams were not done even though the lady on the phone said the gold clean includes that. Windshield sprayed in with wax and not even bothered to try to wipe it off. It’s like he just sprayed wax on top of everything quickly smudged it in, pressure washed my mats and called it a day. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for quality detailing. Very unsatisfied. (The pictures attached is after the detail. Litterly how dirty it was when I brought it in and was returned to me the exact same way.)

Great customer service, great staff. Very informative and understandable to needs and requests to specific vehicles.
