Estevan Motors Ltd. Ram Chrysler Jeep

Worst Company in Estevan. Had the engine in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee die on the highway and towed to Estevan Motors after being told they were good to deal with. They held my vehicle for around 6-8 months and kept leading me on not doing anything. I had to call and go in repeatedly just to get any sort of update from the Service Manager. After all of that they claim that the engine failed due to unfiltered oil and completely voided my warranty with Fiat Chrysler and voided the extended warranty I had bought through another company. Their Store Manager/Owner doesn't even have the decency or respect to call me to make this right. I will never deal with Estevan Motors again. I will gladly drive into Weyburn or Regina before ever stepping foot in there again. Happened in 2023 and it took almost 8 months to get any sort of answer.

I got two flat tires late afternoon on a Saturday. Tire shops were closed but Dustin and his Estevan Motors Sevice team stayed open later to take care of my truck and get me back on the road.

Took my vehicle in for an interprovincial inspection yesterday. Service was awesome from start to finish. From the friendly staff, to the shuttle service, I was impressed with how amazing this business treats their customers. Highly recommend!

pretty upset with the service. had my truck for 3 days told me a week in advance to drop if off on that day. took 3 days to look at my truck and still couldn't find out the problem. had my bf go in who's not a mechanic and tell the mechanic what's wrong with the truck and then still charged me 205$ for my bf to tell them what was wrong and what parts I needed to get fixed. pretty up set that they had it in the shop all morning and couldn't figure it out so much for being a mechanic shop. won't be going back.
